The minimum membership contribution is $100 (good for 12 months). As a Business member, you will receive a storefront logo, posters, other printed materials (including brochures and directories) and, if you wish, information by email about upcoming events and programs sponsored by Belknap Independent Business Alliance (BIBA), as well as related events. Business Members will be acknowledged in our web site directory as well as in our printed membership directory, receive all emailings of newsletters, cooperative advertising possibilities, collaboration among local businesses and networking opportunities with other BIBA members. Can be active in any of the committees, membership meetings, or hold a position on the board.
Once your membership has been accepted, please take some time to complete our online membership profile. The profile allows you the opportunity to share who you are and what you and your business do. Information gathered from the profile will be used on the website and in advertising to educate the public about B.I.B.A. and its members.
Individuals in the community that would like to do their part to support local businesses can become a member of BIBA. Friends will be acknowledged on the BIBA website, receive regular newsletter emailings, and be given a membership directory. Can participate in committees and programs, as a no-voting attendee at membership meetings, and is not allowed be a part of the Board.
Associate memberships are open to non-profits, other local organizations, and other privately held entities that are interested in supporting the mission and goals of BIBA. Associates may be acknowledged on the BIBA web site, receive regular newsletter emailings, and be given a membership directory. Can participate in committees and programs, as a no-voting attendee at membership meetings, and is not allowed be a part of the Board.
Business affiliates, who are passionate about the organization and interested in supporting the mission and goals, may choose to sponsor BIBA. By contributing $500 or more yearly, these businesses help provide BIBA with the means to more expeditiously accomplish our goals.
